entrepreneurial spirit , and exceptional work ethic to prospect, conduct face-to-face cold calls, and enroll new members.
What's in it for you: - W-2, 100% commission with monthly and quarterly bonuses + full benefits (medical, dental, vision, matching 401k, and more)
- $80,000 - $90,000 typical first year earnings
- UNCAPPED earning potential (Straight Commission)
- 40% of our sales force earns 6-figures with the top 10% earning over 200K
- Three weeks training pay: 1,200/week (or commission, whichever is greater)
- Monthly Mileage reimbursement

Responsibilities What you will be responsible for: - Meeting small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting)
- Memorizing and utilizing NFIB's proven 5-minute verbatim sales presentation
- Building quick rapport and delivering an engaging presentation
- Overcoming objections and closing the sale
- Processing payment on the spot
