*About the Job:*

Looking for an Outside Parts Sales representative specializing in tank trailer parts based out of the Allentown, PA branch. The ideal candidate is a seasoned outside sales professional with experience in heavy duty tank trailers and/or parts.

*Responsibilities: *

Increase sales of aftermarket tank trailer parts by maintaining/growing existing customer relationships while identifying and developing new accounts.

Provide technical support to customers and work with vendors to solve customer problems.

Identify/extend product sales opportunities outside the current sales territory.

Maintenance of customer, vendor, and product information to support sales effort.

Effective utilization of CRM programs.

Implementing marketing and sales programs promoting existing and new product lines.

Develop product knowledge through involvement in company and vendor sponsored training programs.

Provide inventory ordering information to purchasing as needed.

Maintaining awareness of market conditions and customer needs while recognizing cross selling opportunities.

Some regional travel may be required.

Adherence to company safety program.

*Requirements:*

Must have sales experience in trailers and/heavy equipment related to tank trailers.

Technical knowledge of trailer and tank trailer parts offered in our vast inventory.

Must have strong sales skills and mechanical aptitude.

Must be committed to a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Must present a professional, positive, results oriented, problem-solving attitude.

Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and multi-task.

Must have good computer skills.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Must pass a standard pre-employment drug test.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
