Great Basin Staffing LLC is hiring OSP Cable Pullers for two long-term infrastructure projects supporting major fiber optic network installations . These large-scale deployments will support commercial and industrial fiber optic networks , with installation work taking place in outside plant (OSP) environments , including both aerial and underground infrastructure .
Pull and install underground and aerial fiber optic cable
Operate equipment to install conduit, innerduct, and pull lines
Read and interpret construction drawings and work orders
Maintain site safety protocols and ensure jobsite cleanliness
Work with crews to complete projects on time and to specification
Prior experience with OSP cable pulling or utility installation preferred
Familiarity with fiber optic cable handling, conduit placement, and related equipment
Ability to read construction drawings and follow technical instructions
Strong commitment to safety and jobsite discipline
Reliable transportation to and from job site
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions

Per diem available for eligible out-of-area candidates
Weekly pay through Great Basin Staffing
24–36 months of consistent work
