Your role is crucial for maintaining high customer satisfaction and efficient collaboration with teams across sales, customer service, and logistics to streamline the quote-to-cash process. Your efforts directly contribute to our organization's success through diligent order management, customer support, and adherence to compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: Accurately process advanced-level customer orders across multiple channels, ensuring a seamless quote-to-cash cycle. Assist sales teams by preparing and converting advanced sales quotes into orders. Serve as a liaison for the quote-to-cash process in complex deals with large customers and partners. Monitor order status, ensuring timely fulfillment and proactive communication with customers regarding any delays or issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related issues, improve the order fulfillment process, and ensure compliance with company and industry standards. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably a top-tier solution. Excellent communication skills for effective customer and internal team interactions. Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address and resolve order-related issues. Industry Experience Required: Experience in order administration, sales support, or related fields within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Knowledge of global export procedures and familiarity with Salesforce CRMs are highly beneficial.
