Job Responsibilities: Customize Oracle FAW as per client needs. Partner with reporting and analytics stakeholders to build HCM Analytics on OAC (Oracle Analytics Cloud). Participate in each phase of FAW HCM module (e.g., requirements gathering, planning-analysis-design, architect-build-deploy, support). Demonstrate a strong grasp of core data warehouse concepts and design paradigms. Understand Oracle's analytics offerings including Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW). Define systems strategy, develop requirements, design and prototype, test, train, define support procedures, and implement practical business solutions. Work with the Oracle team on product bugs. Engage with Oracle on FAW patching and post-patching validation. Knowledgeable of Agile concepts and toolsets (Sprint Planning, User Stories, Jira, etc.). Understand company and industry standards and best practices in all areas of technology delivery. Interface effectively with all departments within an organization. Minimum Requirements: Certified as Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse Solution Engineer Specialist. Experience working with Oracle team on product bugs.
