Job Title : Oracle ERP Consultant (US Citizens Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead or participate in the implementation of Oracle ERP modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Customize Oracle ERP modules to meet specific organizational needs and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution of ERP-related issues.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and conduct workshops for end-users.
• Monitor system performance, apply updates, and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure all configurations and customizations meet regulatory and organizational compliance standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Oracle ERP Consultant, with expertise in one or more Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, HCM).
• Strong understanding of Oracle ERP architecture and implementation methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle development tools.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP solutions is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
