Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Applications E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Developer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your deep technical expertise in Oracle Financials and hands-on development experience to lead and execute complex development projects. What you will do

• Module Expertise: Work extensively on Service Contracts, Receivables, Revenue Management, and General Ledger (GL) modules of Oracle EBS (11i, R12).
• Development: Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using PL/SQL, Oracle APEX, and Discoverer.
• Technical Architecture: Provide technical guidance, ensure alignment with Oracle EBS standards, and optimize performance for enterprise applications.
• Leadership: Lead complex development activities, offering architectural and strategic recommendations to team members and stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Must-have skills:
Required Qualifications:
Oracle Applications EBS:

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on technical experience.
• Proficiency in Oracle Financials, including Service Contracts, Receivables, Revenue Management, and GL.

PL/SQL Development:

• Strong expertise in writing packages, procedures, and functions to support business needs.

Additional Tools & Technologies:

• Experience with Oracle APEX for application development.
• Proficiency in Oracle Discoverer for reporting and analysis.

Knowledge of Oracle Standards:

• Deep understanding of table structures, architecture, and Oracle EBS best practices.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor teams.
• A problem-solver with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
