We are actively seeking passionate Optometrists to join our Inverness Clinic and other locations in the area. About the Practice

High-Growth Mode: Over 15 locations and actively seeking new partnership opportunities with like-minded vision care practices in the Greater Tampa Bay area.
Location: This position will be in the Inverness Clinic, with multiple Optometry positions open in the area.
Support Team: Each location has a licensed Optician and dedicated retail sales team. Retail-focused practice means no OCT, Fundus, or HVF equipment—mainly routine vision appointments.

About the Position

Location: Inverness (Citrus County), with commutable cities including The Villages, Spring Hill (north side), Crystal River.
Role: Full-time with a strong patient base, mainly routine vision care, supported by an Optical Tech. The practice is expanding to clinical services, but this will take time.
Start Date: November 1, 2024.

Malpractice coverage and trade association dues up to $2,000 per year for full-time W2 employees.
