Job Description

Dierksen Hospice is currently seeking a PRN On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to hospice patients and their families during their most critical moments. As an On-Call RN, you will play a vital role in identifying patient and family needs, coordinating care, and offering preventative measures and compassionate support.

Saturdays 7am-7 pm & Sundays 7am-7pm, 24 hrs / weekend, Mississippi & Crittenden counties

• Be the Lifeline: Respond to a variety of patient needs, from urgent to routine, your unwavering support will make a difference in critical moments.
• Provide Empathetic and Heartfelt Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient's physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. This is your chance to truly connect.

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care preferred.
• Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting. Hospice exp a Plus!
• Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including background in EMR.
• Possess and maintains current CPR certification.
