Job Description

The Full-Time Office Cleaner is responsible for daily cleaning and upkeep of our offices. This role involves traveling between multiple sites (all within Midtown Manhattan) to ensure each meets our cleanliness and sanitation standards. Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, break areas, and common spaces. Empty trash and recycling bins and manage waste disposal. Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, bathroom products, and cleaning materials. Wipe down surfaces, glass partitions, and high-touch areas. Maintain cleanliness of reception areas, hallways, meeting rooms, and offices. Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply needs to the manager. Ensure all four office locations are serviced on a set schedule each day. Secure premises after cleaning (locking doors, turning off lights, etc.) when applicable. Requirements Previous commercial or office cleaning experience preferred. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Reliable transportation to travel between Midtown locations (all within short distance). Strong attention to detail. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Punctual, professional, and trustworthy.
