Office Cleaner role at Nexsentio Location: Los Angeles, CA Job Type: Part-time/Hourly Pay Rate: $22.00/Hour Schedule: 2 hours, once a week Responsibilities Perform general cleaning inside buildings, exterior grounds, and walkways. Carry out janitorial duties according to the service scope for each assigned location. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms. Vacuum, sweep, and mop flooring and stairs. Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Empty all trash cans, replace liners, and clean receptacles as necessary. Dusting and cleaning office desks and furniture that are not cluttered. Clean windowsills and windows. Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized, and safe manner. Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition. Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment at all times. Perform general cleanliness of grounds. Complete other routine basic cleaning duties as assigned. Report work accomplished orally or on written work orders to supervisor daily. Follow proper timekeeping protocol. Basic knowledge of cleaning products or willingness to learn. Qualifications Six months or more related experience. Physical Demands Ability to lift objects (trash bags) up to 20 pounds. Ability to lift and carry objects weighing from 15 to 25 pounds. Frequent bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head. Walking throughout the building and around the area with great frequency. Ability to climb stairways safely and without limitation. Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, feet (foot pedals), manual (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation). Frequent walking, standing, stooping, reaching, and bending for 2 hours at a time. Repetitive movement for up to 2 hours at a time involving the shoulder, hands, knees, hips, and back (both upper and lower).
