Daily Workflow:
» Providing and maintaining exceptional customer service to our customers.
» Processing customer account billing including sales order and bills of lading.
» Managing daily fuel inventory and purchase reconciliation.
» General administration tasks as required.
» Data entry.
We’re Seeking:
» High school diploma or equivalent.
» Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
» Proven phone skills and etiquette
» Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Windows & Excel.
» Ability to comprehend and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
» Strong computer and business math skills
» Must pass drug screen & background check.
Schedule:
» Monday – Friday 8 am - 5 pm
