We are a multi-jurisdictional creditors rights firm that manages a caseload of claims on behalf of the largest banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies in the USA for more than 20 years. We have multiple openings for Attorneys with specific experience handling debt, contract disputes, post-judgment remedies, document review, and hearing coverage throughout NJ.

Candidates must be able to review, analyze and litigate claims on behalf of some of the largest financial institutions in the USA. Emphasis will be on document review, file resolution and pushing the files swiftly through the litigation process.

Duties and expectations are:

• Review all documents and client notes on files, process and note files accordingly
• Effectively negotiate resolutions with adverse counsel and pro se defendants
• Prepare legal documents and litigate claims, including file review and motion practice
• Ensuring all files are adequately maintained and taken through the litigation process
• Contact adverse counsel to facilitate settlement
• Maintain current task codes on all files to ensure timely processing of files
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively on the phone and in writing
• Must be computer proficient; possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Qualified applicants will be trained.
• Ability to be a self-starter and work independently
