Job Summary/Company :

Sparks Group has partnered with an established financial services organization to find a Network Engineer Specialist. As the Network Engineer Specialist you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of network engineering experience to include working in a large LAN/WAN environment and hold a CISCO CCNA certification. • Participate in the full lifecycle of network management, including planning, design, implementation, and support.
• Ensure network system quality assurance, adhering to installation standards and project methodologies.
• Assist with budget preparation, obtaining quotes, and drafting proposals for network equipment.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive network configuration, procedural, and security documentation.
• Deploy, install, and monitor network equipment, ensuring efficient utilization and a secure platform.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience working in network engineering or a related field.
• Experience in network design, operational support, and configuration of network devices in a large LAN/MAN/WAN environment
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols and systems.
• Ability to rack and stack equipment, up to 25 pounds.
• Cisco CCNA required
• CCNP is a plus
