ArcherPoint is currently adding a NAV/BC Presales Consultant to our growing team! The individual in this role will serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central, to work with our Sales team to create a persuasive experience for existing NAV/BC customers. Youll be working with our clients to build a true partnership, focused on added value and presales support.
Our Presales Consultants are specifically accountable for:
* Creating and presenting demos for clients.
* Participating in discovery meetings with the client to understand current business processes that should be incorporated into NAV and Business Central.
* Working with the client to understand legacy data components and identify the appropriate location for such data in the new version of the software.
* Conducting a gap analysis to determine differences between application and business processes.
* Identifying creative solutions that arent fully accomplished by standard usage of the software.
* Translating functional business objectives and critical success factors into functional documents for Consultants and Developers assigned to the project.
* Maintaining and expanding client relationships through delivery of high-quality services.
The ideal candidate for this role will have deep knowledge of Dynamics NAV, specifically focused on Consulting and Presales. If you have experience with Business Central, thats a huge plus! Experience providing demonstrations of NAV and/or BC is also a requirement for the position. This position will also require the ability to connect with customers and build relationships, both remotely and in-person. Excellent demonstration and presentation skills are also a must.
