Front Desk & Office Coordinator Join Our Music School Team!
Part-Time to Full-Time | $23-$24/hr to start | South Pasadena & San Marino

Encore Music is a fast-growing, family-run music school serving over 400 weekly students. Were looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and people-loving team member to join our supportive and fun admin crew!

What Youll Do:

• Welcome families, answer inquiries, and help students enroll

• Manage scheduling, email, and phone communication

• Update website schedule & teacher calendars

• Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes

• Work closely with teachers and the director to bring our mission to life

Ideal Candidate:
Outgoing and Great with kids and parents
Excellent communicator (verbal + written)
Fast, reliable, and detail-oriented
Loves music, education, and working with a team
Comfortable juggling tasks and solving problems with a smile

Schedule:
To start first month: M/Tu/Th 28pm + every other Sat 7:454pm (with room to grow to full time by 2nd month based on performance)
