Job Overview:

A prestigious law firm is seeking a highly qualified Associate Attorney with experience in mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity to join its Corporate Practice. The role is ideal for attorneys with a strong background in complex transactions who are looking to advance their careers in a dynamic and collaborative legal environment. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of relevant experience and be prepared to contribute to high-profile deals.

• Handle mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
• Assist with transaction structuring, due diligence, and deal execution.
• Draft and negotiate complex legal agreements and supporting documentation.
• Advise clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and clients to provide strategic legal counsel.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity.
• Strong understanding of corporate transactional matters.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple complex deals.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active membership in good standing with the Bar of the jurisdiction in which the position is located.

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with clients.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
