The Mental Health Therapist provides culturally sensitive individual and family therapy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support client mental health recovery. This role involves comprehensive treatment planning, crisis intervention, and meticulous documentation in a supportive, growth-oriented clinical environment. Bilingual Spanish skills and licensure or provisional licensure in counseling or social work are required.

Northeast Health Services is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $42.50 – $47.50 per billable unit.
