POSITION SUMMARY

Mental Health Worker at Crossroads Partial Hospital Program provide leadership, direction, and motivation to children and adolescents at Crossroads, and implement and monitor daily behavior and progress toward Individualized Treatment Plans. Mental Health Workers at Crossroads plan, develop, organize and facilitate group therapy daily and individual and family therapy as needed. Mental Health Workers are responsible for clinical documentation as required by regulatory agencies.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Bachelor's in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or closely aligned field required; Master's preferred

Experience

1 year working with children and adolescents with a mental health diagnosis.

Certifications & Licenses

Valid driver's license.
