Job Description
This is a full-time non-exempt position with opportunities for bonus, commissions, and company growth. This position will report to SIHO’s Medicare Advantage Customer Service Supervisor.
Brief Description of Duties:
Peak Season (October 1 - March 31)
Off-Peak Season (April 1 - September 30)
Note: This position supports Medicare Advantage/MyTruAdvantage products, requiring weekend availability during peak season to ensure continuous member support.
