This role serves as a key representative for Serenity Mental Health Centers fostering relationships with referring physicians and healthcare providers to promote the organization's services and enhance patient referrals. This role requires a combination of marketing, sales, and healthcare knowledge to effectively communicate the value of the organization to external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, healthcare providers, and medical staff.
Act as the primary point of contact for physician practices and healthcare providers within the designated territory.
Identify and target new referral sources to increase patient referrals.
Conduct regular visits to physician offices, hospitals, and clinics to promote services and programs offered by the organization.
Provide education and information to physicians and their staff about the organization’s services, specialties, and procedures.
Develop and deliver presentations, materials, and brochures to effectively communicate service offerings.
Leverage internal dashboards and data to create valuable insights while executing on new strategies to drive incremental growth.
Key Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years in a medical sales role as a physician liaison, pharma rep, or medical devices specifically in the market in which you are applying is required.
Previous relationships with primary care physicians (PCPs) and other referral sources in the market is required.
Proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships.
Strong understanding of healthcare services and medical terminology
Proficiency in various CRM and route planning tools
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
