**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team. The Meat Cutter will be responsible for cutting, trimming, grinding, and packaging meat products according to company quality and production standards.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Meat Cutter or similar role in a food processing environment
- Knowledge of various cuts of meat and proper meat handling techniques
- Ability to operate meat processing equipment such as grinders, slicers, and saws
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Physical stamina and strength to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Certification in food handling and safety is a plus

**Responsibilities:**
- Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery
- Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat according to specifications
- Package and label meat products for storage or display
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in work areas
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed
- Adhere to food safety and quality regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
