The Meat Department position is an essential part of our store! They provide customers with quality meat, poultry, and seafood products in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring repeat visits to our stores.

Summary of the position:

• Assisting customers as needed with orders for meats, poultry, and seafood
• Cutting, trimming, and preparing meat and seafood within the department
• Stocking and refilling products in the department.
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of all products and services of the meat and seafood's offered, advise customers on various cuts of meat and preparation
• The ability to work for both locations, Mendon and Honeoye Falls

What we look for in you:

• Minimum age of 18
• At least 2 years of friendly and welcoming customer service
• Retail meat department experience required
• Exceptional communication skills
• Highly motivated individual
• Team player with the ability to work independently at times
• Ability to multitask
• Focused and efficient
• The ability to stand, walk, lift and bend for extended periods of time
