We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing/Communications Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis in New York, New York. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving marketing initiatives, coordinating major events, and supporting leadership with strategic communications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver marketing presentations and materials to effectively communicate key messages and strategies.
• Anticipate leadership needs and prioritize tasks to optimize time management and strategic focus.
• Draft, edit, and refine correspondence, meeting agendas, talking points, and briefing documents.
• Facilitate communication and logistics across internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Organize Board meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, briefing books, and maintaining accurate records of communications and actions.
• Provide on-site and virtual support during Board meetings, ensuring all logistical needs are met.
• Design and execute training materials using tools like PowerPoint and Google Suite to enhance team capabilities.
• Coordinate and manage logistics for team retreats, internal meetings, and organization-hosted events.
• Plan travel arrangements and accommodations for team members and guests attending events or conferences.
• Collaborate on the creation of event-related marketing content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe InDesign for designing marketing materials.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
• Strong skills in creating editorial content, advertisements, and blog posts to drive brand awareness.
• Expertise in campaign planning and budget processes to ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint for developing presentations and training materials.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
• Proven track record in managing event logistics and supporting high-level meetings.
