The Marketing Specialist is a key team member responsible for implementing the North American marketing strategy to engage customers and enhance brand awareness to achieve business growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Execute North American Marketing initiatives and campaigns across multiple channels to achieve business objectives.
• Create and coordinate impactful content for digital and traditional channels, including advertising, blogs, email campaigns, press releases, and social media.
• Prepare and manage tradeshows, conferences, events, roadshows, and webinars.
• Generate, track and report marketing lead generation through CRM system.
• Build and manage relations with external representatives, organizations and third-party agencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain marketing collateral including brochures, case studies. data sheets, infographics, presentations, and videos.
• Increase brand awareness and visibility through digital tactics including SEO, PPC, and website optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or related degree.
• Strong organizational skills and ability manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize initiatives
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product and graphics teams
• Analyze campaign performance and track effectiveness/ROI.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.
• Familiar with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, Hootsuite, TwentyThree, etc.) is a plus.
• Travel requirement: 15%
