Responsibilities: Develop, write, and optimize content for DMC's website, including blogs, case studies, and videos, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices. Lead the execution of digital marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, newsletters, and online advertisements. Manage DMC's social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), creating and scheduling content that engages and grows the audience. Collaborate with internal teams to create visual content for blogs, social media, and other marketing collateral. Analyze performance data from marketing campaigns and provide insights for future optimizations. Support the execution and promotion of company events, including webinars and in-person events. Oversee the organization and distribution of branded promotional materials (SWAG). Ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all marketing channels. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field with a 3.4+ GPA.2-5 years of experience in a marketing or communications roleStrong content creation skills with proven experience in writing and editing for digital platforms.Proficiency in social media management and content scheduling tools.Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising.Experience with email marketing platforms and digital campaign management.Graphic design proficiency with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, with exposure to Illustrator and InDesign). Familiarity with video editing software is a plus.Basic knowledge of HTML and experience with content management systems (CMS).Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Understanding of digital marketing analytics and the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
