Job Title: Marketing Specialist Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support and execute a variety of marketing initiatives. This fully onsite, permanent/direct-hire position based in Cincinnati, OH, plays a key role in enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting internal and external communications across multiple platforms and events. Compensation: $60,000-$80,000 annually, depending on experience Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Fully onsite, five days per week Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist: Plan and implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials Drive lead generation efforts through SEO, PPC, email marketing, and website optimization Manage content calendars for blogs, social media, newsletters, and case studies Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional content and multimedia assets Coordinate logistics for trade shows, conferences, and client-facing events Capture and organize event content for marketing use Contribute to internal communication efforts and employee engagement activities Support proposal development, RFQ/RFP submissions, and maintain marketing documentation Maintain CRM records and organize marketing assets and past project files Qualifications and Skills for the Marketing Specialist: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role Excellent written communication and organizational skills Proficient in content creation and digital marketing tools Collaborative, creative, and detail-oriented mindset Why Join Us?
