We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Marketing Department. The Marketing Senior Specialist works with the Marketing Team and Boulay Leadership to create and implement marketing plans that support brand development, relationship growth, and revenue-generation activities. The Marketing Supervisor plans and executes marketing initiatives including content development, editorial calendars, outbound marketing campaigns, video development, events, sponsorships, and advertising.

With offices in Minnesota (Eden Prairie, Minneapolis, Mankato) and Florida (Naples) and a remote workforce in 20+ different states, Boulay offers a diverse work environment that empowers you to work where you want and how you want. Responsibilities:

  • Create marketing plans and budget specific to various service lines at the firm
  • Create email campaigns, campaign automation, forms, surveys, and landing pages using ClickDimensions
  • Create presentation materials, brochures, newsletters and other marketing collateral for various marketing programs
  • Review press releases, public relations and social media
  • Review internal communications and event announcements
  • Plan and execute in-person and virtual events
  • Conduct research on target companies and other related assignments
  • Generate marketing reports for marketing initiatives
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite products for various marketing projects
  • Provide marketing expertise to various internal departments, such as human resources and talent acquisition
  • Edit and review content prepared by Boulay team members prior to publishing
  • Act as a resource for less experienced team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related filed
  • 4-6+ years of related experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite products
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Experience with email marketing automation, design and management of lists
  • Excellent copyright skills and able to rework technical aspects for a broad range of audience
  • Experience in public relations and social media
  • Basic design skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and juggle competing priorities
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and time management

Preferred:

  • Basic HTML skills to update and post content to corporate website
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 CRM
  • Experience with ClickDimensions
