Job Summary:
Yonex USA specializes in producing technologically advanced sports equipment for various sports. The Marketing Assistant will support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns focused on tennis and pickleball across B2B and DTC channels.
Responsibilities:
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and product launches across all channels: B2B and DTC
• Coordinate creation, production, and communication of marketing collateral to support selling efforts of our products
• Support planning and execution of all activities related to marketing communications, including social media, e-newsletters, and more
• Support planning and execution of promotional activities such as demo events and pop-up shop promotional activities
• Support sales tools for sell-in and sell-through to align with product launches and campaigns
• Track Yonex player activity / tournament results and share promotional ideas accordingly
• Manage assets and maintains spreadsheets for products, marketing collateral, campaigns, and more
• Create and revise presentation and templates as needed
• Research and report competitive environment and provide input and analysis
• Continually seek knowledge and experience regarding our brand identity, products, and processes
• Occasional travel to tournaments and events within the U.S
• Support marketing efforts in Promotions Department and other sports as needed
• Other duties as assigned by management

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent
• 1-2 years relevant experience
• Experience or personal interest in tennis and pickleball is required
