About the Role
The Company is in search of a Managing Director for Experience and Belonging, a pivotal role within the Office of Experience and Belonging. Key responsibilities for the Managing Director include supporting and executing internal and external communication plans, leading cross-functional efforts to advance the organization's commitment to belonging, and championing human-centered design principles in all experience touchpoints. Applicants for the Managing Director position should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in communications, strategy, or related fields, with a proven track record in supporting initiatives that drive engagement and a sense of belonging. The role requires exceptional storytelling and writing skills, a strong design sensibility, and experience in managing events and communications within complex organizations. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a background in education or non-profit settings is preferred. The ideal candidate will be an empathetic, impact-oriented leader with a collaborative mindset, a strategic thinker, and someone who is passionate about building purpose-driven workplaces.
