This includes a strong focus on compelling storytelling, strategic communication, immersive events, and thoughtful design to foster a sense of community, connection, and purpose. The role demands a seasoned communicator, collaborative strategist, and creative executor who can translate the company's values into experiences that ensure all staff and stakeholders feel seen, supported, and empowered. Key responsibilities for the Managing Director include supporting and executing internal and external communication plans, leading cross-functional efforts to advance the organization's commitment to belonging, and championing human-centered design principles in all experience touchpoints. Applicants for the Managing Director position should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in communications, strategy, or related fields, with a proven track record in supporting initiatives that drive engagement and a sense of belonging. The role requires exceptional storytelling and writing skills, a strong design sensibility, and experience in managing events and communications within complex organizations. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a background in education or non-profit settings is preferred.
