Salary Information: $178,000 - $325,000

Role responsibilities:

Let your skills shine as a Nephrologist.

With no two patients or days alike, you'll collaborate to provide out-of-the-box, patient-focused strategies. Here are a few of the responsibilities you can expect:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage disorders of the kidneys and urinary system, including chronic kidney disease, acute kidney injury, hypertension, and electrolyte imbalances.
  • Collaborate with primary care physicians, transplant teams, dialysis staff, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated and comprehensive care.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for patients, adjusting them as necessary based on progress and new developments in their conditions.
  • Educate patients and their families about kidney disease, treatment options, dialysis care, and strategies for long-term health management.

Qualifications:

What you’ll need as a Nephrologist.

  • Graduate from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible Nephrologist.
  • Active New York State License.
