Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd Shift

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of employees who repair and maintain the building/facility, equipment, and machinery. This role is for 2nd Shift.

Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot equipment when needed

- Monitor team performance and audit activities to ensure personnel are performing quality work

- Manage the PDCA process from cradle to grave to include a problem statement, root cause analysis, and countermeasure implementation

- Work with improvement teams to identify, evaluate, and implement reliability improvement opportunities through changes to operating procedures, maintenance procedures, and equipment upgrades

- Utilize preventive and predictive maintenance techniques to minimize equipment breakdowns

- Develop and implement preventative maintenance systems

- Coordinate with the production department to drive optimum performance on production lines and assists with supporting production personnel as needed

Job Requirements

Requirements:

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required, College degree strongly preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of previous supervisory experience

- Must have experience using a PC and business information systems/software

- Previous experience in the food/beverage industry and environment

- Working understanding and ability to repair all plant machinery

- Understands and is capable of working with 110V up to 480V electric circuits

- Experience in report writing
