We are currently hiring a Maintenance Electrician for 3rd shift at our Elkhart, IN manufacturing facility. If you’re an experienced electrician with a passion for hands-on troubleshooting and automation, this is your opportunity to grow with an established leader.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical issues across various manufacturing systems and equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs with minimal supervision.
Troubleshoot solid-state devices and CNC/robotic machinery.
Reprogram and modify ladder logic and utilize software for advanced diagnostics.
Lead by example in following safety protocols and best practices.
Step in as a team lead in the absence of a supervisor or group leader.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and continuous improvement.
Maintain strong attendance and support production through overtime as needed.
Associate degree or technical certification OR 5+ years of hands-on electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
Solid background in industrial electrical systems, robotics, and CNC troubleshooting.
Proficient in using electrical formulas, PLC programming, and ladder logic.
Ability to work independently, troubleshoot complex systems, and instruct others as needed.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
