Logistics Specialist

Looking for a motivated Logistics Specialist to support both domestic and international freight operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to global shipping, trade compliance, and end-to-end shipment coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership of shipments from start to finish.

Requirements

• Entry level type role with 1-2 years of experience in logistics preferred
• Baseline knowledge of domestic and/or international freight processes
• Exposure to carriers, freight forwarders, Incoterms, or import/export documentation is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Clear communicator with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from booking through delivery
• Work directly with carriers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth execution
• Prepare and review shipping and basic import/export documentation
• Track shipments, resolve issues, and communicate updates clearly
• Support compliance with Incoterms and trade requirements
