CA LVN License
AHA BLS
Venipuncture Cert
Min 3 years LVN Exp
Adult Urology exp.
Procedural set up and assistance exp: UDP/UDS, cystography, vasectomy, catheter changes, SP tube changes.
Ability to float to other UCSF Facilities
Preferred:
3-5 years urology clinic and procedures exp.
