**Job Description**

We keep a very tidy home and have had a live in housekeeper and/or an aupair for the last 10 years. We have decided that a housekeeper is the best option for us as we wish to dedicate our time to our family and have someone else assist with the day to day cleaning and laundry (the family all helps, all four children have daily chores and as parents we clean and do house and yard work as well to set an example for our children and because we live here so yes it is our job to clean as well). The housekeeper will be responsible for daily housekeeping, once weekly thorough cleaning and laundry/ironing, as well as helping to clean after dinner. The housekeeper will have her own apartment in the home, will be provided with two weeks of paid vacation per year, a bicycle, museum year card to visit all museums free, a monthly salary, and various other benefits. I am a very detail oriented person so it is important that the housekeeper is also the same. We have our own way of doing things so it is important that the housekeeper is adaptable to that, as well. Given that it is a live in position its also important for the person to be happy and friendly as we will be around each other quite a bit. The working days are Monday to Friday and two hours or so on Saturday morning.
