We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Live Chat Agent to join our team at a leading manufacturing conglomerate in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through our digital platforms. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships with clients, all while representing our company's values and commitment to quality. You will engage with customers to understand their inquiries and resolve issues promptly, contributing to our overall success in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and effective customer support through live chat channels.
  • Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Utilize CRM software to document and track customer interactions and feedback.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting.
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to fulfill customer needs.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in customer service processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in customer service or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrated empathy and conflict resolution skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
