Position Overview The Live Chat Agent is responsible for providing real-time customer support through chat platforms. This role focuses on assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and order support while ensuring a positive and professional online experience. The ideal candidate is responsive, detail-oriented, and skilled at communicating clearly in written form. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat.
