What you’ll be doing

• Encourage positive relationship building
• Transportation and Participation in Community Activities
• Personal Care/Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
• Provide Community Living Supports (CLS) in a variety of settings; community, in consumers home, and facility based
• Role modeling and training appropriate behavior and skills to the person served to help them achieve their highest level of independence

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
• Valid State of Michigan driver’s license required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to pass background checks as applicable
• Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid
• Possess basic computer skills
