Life Skills Coach Join Spread Your Wings LLC to coach individuals with developmental disabilities in Santa Rosa/Windsor/Rohnert Park. What You’ll Do Coach clients on independent living skills (cooking, budgeting, hygiene). Encourage, motivate, and support clients with behavioral challenges. Help plan, create, and organize weekly goals and schedules. Document progress through case notes and quarterly reports. Spend 90% of the time in the field and 10% on admin/documentation. Collaborate with program managers, regional center coordinators, and training staff. Requirements Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Able to work and commute in Santa Rosa, Windsor, and Rohnert Park. Pass a background check per state industry standards.
