The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and experienced in managing multiple real estate deals simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from executed contract to closing
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, title work, and escrow timelines
• Review contracts for completeness and compliance
• Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and other parties
• Maintain organized files and track deadlines through CRM/transaction software
• Provide weekly updates to agents and clients
• Assist with listing input and paperwork when needed
• Ensure all documents are properly signed and stored

Requirements:

• Must have Active real estate license (Texas )
• Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of real estate contracts and timelines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with platforms like DocuSign, Dotloop, SkySlope, or similar
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Bilingual a plus
