Job Description

We’re looking for an energetic, full-time, in-office Transaction Coordinator to manage contracts from contract to closing for both buying and selling clients. You’ll be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Our ideal candidate is an extremely organized self-starter who thrives on providing a white glove experience and has superb customer service skills to make customers feel at ease. • Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly
• Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner
• Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
• Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance

Qualifications:

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience
• Real estate license preferred
• Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
• Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service
• Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
