Position: Fulltime Licensed Optician

We are a thriving multidoctor practice seeking a dedicated Optician with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for eye care. Join our team at a wellestablished Optical Shop serving a diverse and loyal patient base.

• Eyewear Selection: Assist patients in choosing the best frames and lenses to suit their needs and style.
• Lens Ordering: Process orders through Visionweb and Nassau.
• Repairs & Adjustments: Perform eyewear repairs and custom adjustments for patients.
• Inventory Management: Order and manage frame stock to ensure a wide selection of styles.
• Collaboration: Work closely with doctors and office staff to provide exceptional patient care.
• Inhouse Lab: Operate new Santinelli edging equipment (lens edging experience a plus but training is available).

• Patient Demographic: Serve a broad and dynamic patient base.
• Insurance: Eyemed insurance accepted; selfpay practice otherwise.
• Work Schedule: Enjoy a MondaytoFriday workweekno evenings or weekends!
• Training: Onthejob training and support provided to help you take over and manage the Optical Shop.

• Selfstarter with the ability to work independently.
• Passion for eye care and helping patients find the best eyewear solutions.
• Strong communication skills and a teamoriented mindset.
