We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative who will also be responsible for sales activities. This role offers a base salary ranging from $32,000 to $41,000 , with the opportunity to earn additional commission and bonuses. Most representatives make an additional $12,000 to $18,000 in commissions based on performance. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients, while also identifying opportunities to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction through consistent communication.
  • Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
  • Process insurance policy payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
  • Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
  • Facilitate policy changes and updates based on client requests.
  • Implement retention strategies to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • License Requirements: Candidate must have an active Pennsylvania Insurance License to be considered.
  • Preferred candidate would have 3+ years in the insurance industry.
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
