We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Medical Social Worker (MSW) to join our integrated primary care and behavioral health team.
- Provide high-quality mental health services through comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to support client goals.
- Maintain confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care and participate in case management and care coordination.
- Refer clients to community resources as needed.
- Requirements include a Master’s in Social Work, current state licensure, and knowledge of behavioral health principles and counseling techniques.
- Experience in individual and group counseling and familiarity with psychopharmacology are preferred.
- Must work effectively with diverse populations, demonstrating cultural competence, with excellent communication skills and adherence to ethical standards.
- This full-time or part-time role offers a salary starting at $88,000/year, with benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and professional development.
- Relocation to Wahiawa, HI, is required before starting.
- Work is conducted in person.
