We are seeking a Legal Recruiter to fill a crucial national talent acquisition role, focusing on securing top Personal Injury Attorneys for our growing firm. The Job: Compliance: All recruiting interactions MUST be entered into the applicant tracking system at all times Specialized: You will be recruiting for Personal Injury Attorneys and Litigation Paralegals Buy-in: You will speak with hiring managers daily, in person, to update them on job requisitions and candidates Negotiate: You will negotiate compensation packages with candidates Offers: You will work with the HR team to create and extend job offers to candidates What we seek from you: Experience in recruiting within a legal setting is a MUST High-volume phone calls with daily, weekly, and monthly metric KPI expectations Professionalism at the highest level-You will be representing our firm to its future leaders Operate with high urgency, dependability, confidentiality, and drive for success Able to recruit in multi-state environments Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize leadership needs Create a positive candidate experience through the entire recruiting process Qualifications: 4+ years of experience as a direct-hire recruiter 2+ years recruiting in a legal environment Past applicant tracking system use is required. JazzHR knowledge is a plus Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams) Must have strong written and verbal communication skills Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred for this role but not required Total Compensation Package: Salary plus annual bonus ~ Depending on experience Full health insurance coverage and life insurance (100% paid by the firm) Dental & Vision offered
