We are seeking a dedicated Full Time Legal Data Entry Specialist to join our civil litigation firm. This is a great postion for college students home for the summer. This role is vital in managing the administrative duties of our legal proceedings. The specialist will be responsible for entering and initiating new legal cases within our firm's case management system, as well as generating pre-suit demand letters on behalf of medical providers against insurance companies concerning unpaid bills.

Duties:
- Generate and open to case filings with the firms legal case management system - - File legal documents in paper and electronic systems
- Assist in preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Conduct data collection and computerize information for reports
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Handle basic math calculations for billing purposes
- Organize and maintain digital legal files

Experience:
- This is an entry level position in which we will provide substantial training and its a great way to get into the legal field without previous legal experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for pivot tables
- Strong clerical skills with the ability to type efficiently
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus
