Job Description
Growing Law firm located in Boston seeks a Legal Administrative Assistant to join the team 3 days a week. Qualified applicants should apply today for immediate consideration. This is hybrid opportunity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the collection and organization of documents and information from various cases at the firm. This candidate should feel comfortable relaying messages between various groups and keeping all documents important to the cases they are working on organized.
Job Description:
Client intakes.
General case management and oversight
Organizing and maintaining cases and documents.
Overseeing and monitoring important case developments and dates.
Preparing client, insurance, and court correspondence.
Keeping clients informed on the status of their case and assisting in management of client expectations.
Answering calls and qualifying potential new clients.
Provide administrative support to lawyers
Handle communication with clients
Locate and develop case relevant information
Qualifications:
1-2 yrs experience being a paralegal or legal assistant
Experience with insurance is a plus!
Detail oriented and organized.
Able to work as part of a team.
Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills.
Good research, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Provide administrative support to lawyer
Handle communication with clients
