Base salary plus commission

Role Overview:
We are a large real estate company managing luxury apartment buildings in Brooklyn, seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to join our in-house team. You will be the face of our luxury properties, guiding prospective tenants through the leasing process and helping maintain high occupancy rates.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours and show luxury apartments to prospective tenants.

• Explain leasing terms, policies, and community features clearly and professionally.

• Manage lease applications, screenings, and documentation accurately.

• Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective and current residents.

• Coordinate lease signings and move-in procedures.

• Maintain strong relationships with prospects and residents to promote renewals and referrals.

• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Meet or exceed leasing goals and contribute to occupancy targets.

Requirements:

• Prior leasing agent experience, preferably in luxury residential properties.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service orientation and professionalism.

• Ability to work in-house and be available for showings during business hours and some evenings/weekends.

• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills.
