Role: We are looking for a Lead Product Analyst to be responsible for the development and improvement of our analytics team, analytical methods, and tools.
The ideal candidate would:
Have experience as a Lead Product Analyst on a digital B2C product, ideally a mobile free-to-play game.
Possess advanced knowledge in the field of mathematical statistics and a strong theoretical foundation in conducting experiments, particularly in relation to A/B testing.
Be a skilled user of SQL and Python, and ideally also of Tableau and Clickhouse.
Have the ability to identify patterns and inconsistency in data, and to develop high-quality product hypotheses.
Have the desire to thoroughly understand the game and its players.
Show strong management and communication skills.
Take the initiative in driving the development and improvement of product analytics.
Focus on the outcome of the work, not the process.
Be willing to relocate to Cyprus to work in our office in Limassol.
